You may use the website for lawful purposes, including to:

• Learn about insurance, employee benefits, notary, and loan signing services.
• Learn about LegalShield memberships and go to the official LegalShield associate website to enroll.
• Send an inquiry or request a quote or consultation, including a home or auto insurance quote request.
• Schedule an appointment.
• Communicate with MBS about services you have requested or are considering.

You may view, print, or save pages for your personal or internal business reference, provided you do not remove any notices they contain.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any related system or account.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the website’s security features, including spam and bot protection.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries or requests, or submit information on another person’s behalf without authorization.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect website content or information in violation of applicable law or of website restrictions such as robots.txt.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or use the website to send unsolicited advertising.
• Copy, modify, or use website content in a way that is misleading or that violates these terms or applicable law.

Insurance products and services are offered through Cameron McClendon, a licensed Texas insurance agent (Texas Insurance Agent License 3253199; NPN 21370569), and the insurance carriers and agencies he is authorized to represent. MBS is not an insurance carrier.

Descriptions of insurance products on the website are general information only. Insurance applications, eligibility determinations, underwriting, approvals, premiums, and policy issuance are subject to the requirements of the applicable insurance carrier, the policy terms, and applicable law. Product availability depends on licensing, carrier appointments, and where you live.

No insurance coverage is created merely by using the website, submitting a form, or scheduling an appointment. Coverage begins only when the insurer approves and issues it under the insurer’s own requirements.

Submitting an insurance inquiry or quote request through the website does not:

• Create insurance coverage or bind an insurance policy.
• Guarantee acceptance, eligibility, or policy approval.
• Establish a quoted or final premium.
• Create a contract or customer relationship with any insurance company.

MBS helps employers explore available group and voluntary employee benefits. Website information about employee benefits is educational. It does not, by itself, create an employer-sponsored insurance plan or benefit program.

Using the website does not transfer an employer’s legal, administrative, or plan-sponsor responsibilities to MBS. Those responsibilities remain with the employer unless they have been expressly assigned through a valid written agreement.

Insurance quotations, estimates, and illustrations are not guaranteed offers of insurance. They are based on the information available at the time and are subject to underwriting, eligibility, and carrier approval.

Pricing, benefits, and availability can change before a policy is issued. Loan signing quote requests sent through the website are not bookings; pricing and availability are confirmed before an assignment is accepted.

Notary and loan signing services are provided by Cameron McClendon as a commissioned Texas Notary Public. They are separate from insurance services.

Notarial services are subject to Texas law, acceptable identification, the signer’s willingness and ability to sign, and the requirements of each transaction. A notary may decline a notarization when required or permitted by law. Notaries do not give legal advice or prepare legal documents.

The website may let you schedule a consultation or appointment through a third-party scheduling service. We currently use Calendly, which opens when you select a booking button and is governed by Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy.

Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee eligibility, coverage approval, the availability of a particular insurance product, or the formation of an insurance contract.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation or contact us.

McClendon Benefits Solutions uses an AI-assisted telephone receptionist powered by Smith.ai, a third-party communications service, to help answer calls we are unable to take, collect general inquiries and messages, provide basic business information, and assist with appointment requests. Cameron McClendon follows up on messages; the AI receptionist does not currently transfer calls to a live person.

The receptionist is a communications and administrative support service. It does not provide licensed insurance or legal services, and it does not act for any insurance carrier or for LegalShield.

Although we strive to provide accurate information, automated responses may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Information provided by the AI receptionist is for general administrative and informational purposes and must be confirmed with an appropriately authorized McClendon Benefits Solutions representative when necessary.

Contacting our AI receptionist or scheduling an appointment does not establish insurance coverage, guarantee policy approval, bind an insurance contract, or authorize changes to an existing policy. It also does not enroll you in or change a LegalShield membership.

Customers should contact an authorized insurance representative directly to confirm coverage decisions or time-sensitive requests.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Our Privacy Policy explains how call information, including recordings and transcripts, is handled. Any notice about recording given during a call applies in addition to these Terms of Use; these Terms do not replace it. Smith.ai’s services are governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

MBS does not directly sell, bind, underwrite, or service home or auto insurance policies. Home and auto quote requests submitted through the website may be shared with an appropriately licensed insurance professional in our office, who handles quotes, coverage recommendations, policy placement, and servicing. The request form explains this and asks for your acknowledgment before the request is sent.

A home or auto quote request does not create coverage, and coverage availability and eligibility vary. See the Privacy Policy for how the request is shared.

LegalShield enrollment links on the website take you to Cameron McClendon’s LegalShield associate website, cameronmcclendon.legalshieldassociate.com (opens in a new tab), an external platform that MBS does not operate. MBS does not accept LegalShield enrollments or payments on this website.

Membership enrollment, pricing, payments, cancellations, and the services provided are governed by LegalShield’s applicable terms and membership agreements, not by these Terms of Use. LegalShield memberships are not insurance, MBS is not a law firm, and legal services are provided by LegalShield provider law firms.

Website text, branding, logos, original graphics, and other original materials belong to MBS or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Some photographs are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without our written permission. This does not limit uses permitted by law, such as fair use, or your use of the website as described in these terms.

Insurance carrier names and logos, if shown, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. LegalShield and related names and marks are trademarks of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. MBS does not claim ownership of LegalShield or any other third-party trademark.

When you submit a form or otherwise send us information, please provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete. Only send information you are authorized to share, including information about family members, dependents, or employees.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical histories, banking or payment information, identification documents, or employee census files through the website’s general forms. We will arrange an appropriate method if that information is needed.

We use website inquiries to respond to your request and provide the services you ask about, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information, including information submitted through the website. Please review it before submitting information.

The website may link to or use services operated by others, including insurance carriers, Calendly (appointment scheduling), payment providers where applicable, government health insurance marketplaces, online notarization platforms, and other external websites.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Workers), uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam and automated submissions, uses Resend to deliver form submissions by email, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. LegalShield enrollment links lead to the LegalShield associate website.

These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. MBS does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Please review their terms and privacy notices before using them.

We try to keep website content accurate and current, but products, plans, carrier offerings, LegalShield membership terms, and laws change, and content may be updated without notice.

Website content is not a substitute for reviewing the actual insurance policy, policy illustration, membership agreement, or other governing documents. If website content differs from those documents, the documents control.

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any of its features at any time, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or that any particular feature will continue to be offered.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” MBS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its general content.

Nothing in these terms limits or waives any duty or liability that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law, including obligations under insurance, privacy, consumer protection, or notary laws, or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse MBS for, reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your unlawful or unauthorized misuse of the website, such as an attempt to break into its systems or a fraudulent submission. This does not apply to ordinary, good-faith use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable federal law and to any consumer protections that apply to you and cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Updated terms apply to use of the website after they are posted. They do not change the terms that applied to earlier use.
